Star Trek

When I was growing up, my mom was a huge fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She made me watch it, and although I was initially weirded out by some of the aliens, I now know why. I quickly became a fan as well and in some ways the show shaped who I am today.

However, most of the movies have been disappointing to say the least. With an exception to First Contact, I never really cared for them. That being said, I am on the edge of my seat just waiting to see the new movie coming out. The trailers and clips that I've seen where amazing to say the least. So far it seems that it will be like what I believe Star Trek movies should have been all along: fun and exciting.



Only seven days to go and I can't wait!
